What is Soda Blasting?

Soda Blasting uses sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as a nondestructive cleaning agent to remove old paint, grease and most any other surface contaminate. Eliminating the use of toxic chemicals and environmentally safe, Soda Blasting is the fastest and easiest way to cut through the layers of time back to the original material surface. No sanding, soaking or scrubbing. It will not damage base material or surrounding components. Soda Blasting is also very versatile and can be used in a variety of applications.

Removal of Old Paint, Grease and Most ANY Other Surface Contaminate.

Soda blasting removes coatings without the use of harmful volatile chemicals such as Methanol, Toluene, Acetone, MEK and Methylene Chloride. By simply using compressed air and baking soda to remove coatings, even the use of sand paper is often eliminated. While blasting with other abrasives also eliminates much of the above, the negative effects on both the environment and the blast operator make soda blasting the clear green choice.

Rarely is a technology invented that not only solves a myriad of problems efficiently, but also turns out to be the most environmentally friendly solution. This is the case with soda blasting
